Kaspersky VPN allows 5 simultaneous connections, has very cheap paid plans, offers a limited free plan, and comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. It sometimes has trouble accessing Netflix and doesn’t work with HBO Go, it’s based in a restrictive country (Russia), it’s missing extra features like split-tunneling and an ad blocker, and its customer support is awful.
While Kaspersky VPN is a good service, it has many drawbacks I can’t ignore.
